A grazing board of cheese, fruit and cured meats

What a price per guest includes, and what it never does

Food, delivery in Richmond, setup, chafing dishes and cleanup are in it. Rentals, venue fees and the alcohol are not, and they are itemized before you agree.

Questions about your own event? Call (804) 555-0152 and a person answers.

A price per guest is only worth having if both sides know what sits inside it. Here is the line we draw, and we draw it the same way on every quote we send.

What is always in

The food, the delivery inside Richmond and Henrico, the chafing dishes and sterno, serving utensils, setup before the event and cleanup after it, and the servers written into the menu you chose.

What is never in

Rentals like linens, china and glassware, venue fees, the cake, and the alcohol unless you picked a bar package. Those are itemized at cost plus a stated margin, and you approve the line before we order anything.

What changes the number

Only three things: a headcount that goes up after the final count, an order placed inside 48 hours, and a holiday. All three are priced on the quote in advance, so you can see the worst case before you book.

Why we taste with you first

Because a menu agreed over email is a menu that changes the week before. A tasting fixes it, and after that the price per guest holds.

Need a hand with this one? A person answers, seven days a week.
