Georgia Pettway started with a borrowed van and a church kitchen on weekends. Eleven years later the church kitchen is a commercial kitchen on Roseneath Road, the van is three, and the rule hasn’t changed: put the price on the menu.
Everyone on the team is ServSafe trained, background-checked and insured. If something runs short on the night, the captain tells you before your guests notice and it comes off the invoice, it says so on the quote.

HEALTH PERMIT, OWN KITCHEN
The VDH permit came through and the kitchen moved to Roseneath Road.

The caterer liquor license made bar service the fourth service.
