THREE KINDS OF PRICE. ALL IN WRITING.

FLAT

Most menus. A price per guest you approve before we order; it doesn’t move, however long the party runs.

e.g. Plated dinner, $55 a guest

HOURLY

Servers and bar staff, where nobody can know the length yet. You get a cap in writing before the event.

$38 an hour per server, four-hour minimum

QUOTED

Weddings, large events and anything off the menu. Free tasting, itemized written quote within 48 hours, fixed contract price.

e.g. Wedding for 140, $82 a guest

THE CHAFER GUARANTEE, ON EVERY INVOICE

The price you approved is the price on the invoice.

If a dish runs short, we tell you before your guests notice and take it off the bill.

Venues are left the way we found them, kitchens and floors included.
