WHAT WE KEEP
Your name, phone number, the venue, the headcount and any allergies you told us about. That is what a kitchen needs to cook the right food for the right table.
WHY WE KEEP IT
To call you back, to send a menu with prices, to invoice, and to keep your guests safe from what they cannot eat. Nothing else.
WHO SEES IT
The office, the kitchen lead and the captain on your event, and our accountant. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to advertisers.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Quotes for one year. Invoices for seven years, because the IRS says so. Allergy notes are deleted a month after the event.
YOUR RIGHTS
Ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it. Write to orders@kettlebrookcatering.com and you get an answer within 30 days.
